These instructions will hopefully help anyone who is having problems with our payment provider. For your own security, we never see or take any credit card information. When you purchase a hosting plan, please save your order receipt so that you can recover your login information from Plimus.
To update your credit card details go to: www.Plimus.com then to:
* Account Login
Enter your username (you can find your username in your order receipt in the order details)
If you forgot your password, click on 'Forgot Password' and the password will be sent to the email address we have on file.
Once inside the system, go to "Payment method" and below this you will see a hyperlink that says 'Change.' You will need to re-enter the credit card number on file (or use a new credit card) and the other requested information. After hitting submit the details will be updated.
Additionally, you may contact Plimus customer support at any time by calling 1.866.312.7733 and they will be happy to assist you in making this change.
If you need to cancel your hosting account, you can follow the same procedure for logging into Plimus - then just hit the cancel subscription button.
